ManxLife provides a platform for discovering and promoting events on the Isle of Man. You may use the Platform to:

• Browse and search for events
• Create an account to save events and receive notifications
• Submit events for approval (with an organizer account)
• Share event information with others

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

When submitting events to the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful event information
• Only submit events you have the right to promote
• Not submit spam, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

ManxLife reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any event submission at our discretion.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant ManxLife a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfere with the Platform's operation

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ManxLife does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of event information. Users attend events at their own risk.

ManxLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification.
